In criminal cases, the judge is the "servant" of the prosecutor.
I think Carlos Ghosn's escape was the advice of an American law firm.
The only way to protect "human rights" from Japanese prosecutors and judges is to escape from Japan.

2020-06-16: Dear Sir,
It's no wonder Carlos Ghosn escapes. "Tokyo District Court Criminal Third Division Judge Okabe" denies even the "witness system" of "trial." He arrests and detains me and holds a "trial." He rejected all bail claims. In "trial", "witnesses" deny the content of police records. However, "Judge Okabe" does not adopt the "testimony" of the "witness." The witnesses were "scary" at me, so it seemed to have made "lie testimonies." Witnesses have sworn and testified. The judge "decides" "guilty" with "By force".
Part 1. The judge questioned the witness. "You have been worried from the beginning with a stiff face,
but isn't it difficult to testify in front of Mr. Nagano?"
The witness answered.
When you say your own opinion, it's sometimes a bit difficult to say."
"But I've said "clearly" about the facts."
Isn't the judge "difficult to say" "where there is no opinion"?
The witness answered.
"There is a part where "my guess" is inevitably included.
So "that part" is "difficult to say."
The judge asks. Can you say that "the part other than the guess" is "clear"?
The witness answered "yes" and "clearly."
That is, there is no fact that a witness made a statement in front of "I" that it was difficult to speak.
Rather, he gives a clear testimony of the facts. The witness is making an affirmation.
However, Okabe ignores the "testimony unfavorable to the prosecution."
I applied for bail every month.
But I was denied bail every month for over a year.
I appealed to the Tokyo High Court, and the "handover of documents"
from the district court to the high court judge was over.
I was "bailed" on June 24 by a high court judge.
I "publish" the "criminal complaint".
The Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office will not accept the "criminal complaint" even
if it is submitted many times.
They are not only the crimes of "police and prosecutors",
