The relationship between Russia and "Western countries, including Europe" was completely unthinkable during the pre-Trump administration. Biden made a fuss about the "Russian Gate" even though he had "no evidence". And he "ruined" his relationship with Russia. President Biden seems to have created the "Ukrainian War" "prepared".
Western countries should also listen to "Russian language". He says the exact opposite. Russian parliamentarian and prominent television host Yevgeny Popov said on April 19th in the BBC's podcast show "Ukraine Cast." Ukraine and "allies such as Britain" have threatened Russia for the last 1000 years. They have been bullying us for many years in an attempt to "move" "NATO" to the Russian border and erase our culture.

The relationship between Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and US President Joe Biden is almost dysfunctional. It is reported that both sides dislike each other and refuse to pick up the phone. Countries in the Middle East and Africa generally support Russia. The hypocrisy and double standards of Western countries are disliked.
Biden made a fuss about the "Russian Gate" even though he had "no evidence". And he "ruined" his relationship with Russia. Democrats have "argued" that Russia has intervened in the 2016 elections in which President Trump was elected. This statement froze the diplomatic relations between Russia and the United States. It is probable that this was also the background of Mr Putin's "decision" this time.
Republicans should restore relations with Russia. This restoration will lead to the resolution of the "Ukrainian conflict".
To do so, Hunter Biden's "suspicions in Ukraine" should be clarified. Those involved in "fabricating" the "Russian Gate" should be punished in court. A "nuclear war" targeting the "mainland of the United States" is more realistic than Western nations think.
